Thank you for giving me the power of imagination, the power of forming regular, everyday words into a beautiful and captivating story to entertain my fellow brothers and sisters. Thank you for giving me a love of words, a love of stories, and a love of humanity.
Father, please use my writing to not just bring a smile to someone’s face, but bring to them a new realization of Your everlasting Joy. I pray that even if my story, fiction or not, does not directly say the name of Jesus, that the reader will see in between the lines and know that I love you with all my heart and that I dedicate my writings to Your work.
Father, even if I am not called to be a New York Times Best Selling Author, I still want to write for the only purpose of bringing another to You, and if being a Best Selling Author comes with that, then I embrace it!
Never let me lose my love of writing, but with that, never let me become wrapped up in my writing and lose sight of You. Thank you again, for everything you have given me, I love You.
In Jesus’ Name I pray,
