“Why can’t people see what is on the inside?
Hannah Dyer has just moved to Texas to help her brother-in-law in his medical practice. Despite her handicap of having one leg much shorter than the other, she is a great nurse whose skills help make the practice the most successful in the area.
When Micah Gordon returns home after some shady escapades, his father hopes he will settle down to ranch life. Hannah is smitten by his good looks and roguish ways, but because of her leg, she has no hopes of attracting his attention.
After Micah suffers a tragic loss, he loses his faith and almost loses his ranch. Can Hannah’s care and staunch faith help him on the road to recovery with a new hope, new faith, and a new love?”
Wow this review is like crazy late because I totally forgot that I had the book! Like this review should have been posted back in August! So, lets hurry up and get to the review…
I thoroughly enjoyed reading book one to this series so I was anxious to read this Love Finds Faith, which is book two. However, it did slightly disappoint. The story was great and well written, but I found some of the characters to be inconsistent with their personalities and I just couldn’t engage with their thinking. The story also seemed to drag on to the very predictable ending so I was not overly excited about reading it, but I did love how Rogers wrote and described things. So with all of the above, I’m afraid that I will only be rating Love Finds Faith 3 out of 5 stars, but I do plan on reading book 3 when it comes out.
“I received this book from the publisher through The Booketeria blogger program in return for an honest review. All comments and opinions are my own.”
